Founded by partners with a combined 40+ years of commercial and government contracting experience, Eleccion blends deep expertise in the business of government with a passion for reinventing business. We are designers and innovators, leaders and learners... a community of risk takers and evangelists for change.
We are making the choice to forge ahead. We are not tied to the old models of business, we look forward and move forward…and in the process, we are joining the movement to lead the way.

Passionate fixer of all things broken, inherently driven, pathologically honest. Aspiring to embrace ambiguity, cultivate compassion, and leave the world better than I found it. Greatest leadership challenge: parenting three boys. Things I love: systems thinking, building effective organizations, questioning everything, making connections, whiteboards and sticky notes.
What else? Second generation operations research engineer; experienced strategy and enterprise process consultant; corporate transition, post-merger integration and organizational realignment expert.

Aspiring minimalist. Audaciously optimistic. Striving for balance in everything. Always seeking to turn complex questions into simple answers, yet comfortable with grey. Not trying is not an option. Fearless in the face of failure because I get the final say…the rest is just feedback.
