We CARE. We care about our environment. We care about our culture. We care about our people.

In 2022, Eleccion (ELX) was a proud recipient of the Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) CARE award. For 30 years, NVFS has presented the CARE Awards to recognize outstanding companies proactively making our region a better place for everyone to work, live, and play – commending companies for using outstanding culture and employee engagement strategies to create the best places to work across the DC Metro Region.

Eleccion was founded on a set of values that has led to this honor. From Day 1, we have strived to create an environment of rampant curiosity, action orientation, mutual respect, and pervasive intentionality. Values that are underscored by a culture of trust. Our values are not simply words we use, but the way we choose to work, live, and play.
