Eleccion began in 2017 with a clear conviction: the stovepiped, hierarchical ways of doing business were no longer working. With deep experience in both government and commercial sectors, we set out to build something different—an organization that questions old assumptions, embraces complexity, and puts people at the center of how work gets done.

Today, Eleccion has grown into a community of thinkers, doers, and changemakers. We come from the world we’re trying to transform—former public servants, strategists, designers, and reformers—united by a shared belief that organizations can be more human, more agile, and more capable of rising to today’s challenges.
