Is Your Organization Ready for the AI Era?
The New Shape of Work
Building Adaptive, Self-Managing Organizations in the AI Era
Organizations today face unprecedented demands for speed, innovation, collaboration, and adaptability. Yet many continue to rely on management structures designed for a far different time. When projects stall, decisions slow, innovation declines, or teams become disengaged, we often focus on improving leadership, communication, or culture. But what if the root cause is structural?
This instructor-led, half day session will teach you the fundamentals of how to build a high- performing self-managing organization (SMO) as a network of interconnected circles, not a stacked hierarchy. Based on the latest organizational research and practical case studies, we explore common myths, fundamental structures, and design principles of SMOs. You will come away with a better understanding of how you can design an innovative, adaptable, AI-ready organization and a practical vision of what your organization might look like as an SMO.
